职位描述： Purpose of the roleWithin the Media development R&D China group, you will be primarily responsible for CHO process development, including cell culture, media development, and process development from small scale to mid-scale to match the target yield and protein quality (glycan, charge variant, etc.,). Responsibilities? Perform all activities associated with mammalian cell culture and process development? Accountable for completing the assigned task in a timely manner? Maintenance of lab facility, equipment and technical improvements? Document data/results according compliance, such as GLP? Effective communication of data/results through written documentation and oral presentation? Support analytical methods development and recombinant protein characterization? Support tech transfer of developed projects into customer site Requirements? A BS/MS degree in Biological Science, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology? 1-3 years’ hands on experience running cell culture and/or fermentation and have proven expertise in area of study? Previous experience in process development and optimization using statistical tools (DOE) is desirable?
