职位描述： 岗位要求：1.大学专科及以上学历，医学类、药学类及其它相关专业优先；2.一年以上临床销售经验，有合资或外企销售经验者优先；3.具有与岗位相匹配的知识、技巧与能力；4.积极主动，乐于接受挑战 ；5.熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint及outlook等办公软件。岗位职责：1.根据市场策略开展学术推广，代表公司组织或参与各项学术活动，传递产品及医学信息；2.在公司政策和程序指引下，收集分析市场信息，掌握竞争对手策略与状况，提供合理化建议；3.定期拜访目标客户，建立维护客户关系，改变客户处方习惯，培育发展重点客户，提升产品的销售；4.掌握医学和产品知识，在推广方面进行卓有成效的交流，使公司产品得以妥善合理地应用；5.根据公司规范，建立客户档案，定期提交各类销售报表；6.直线经理交办的其它事项。 职能类别： 医药学术推广
