职位描述： Key words 职业技能要求熟练掌握柱层析（亲和，离子，疏水，复合及分子筛）、膜过滤（深层过滤，纳滤，超滤渗滤）等纯化方法，熟知GMP的法规，能根据项目需求，优化撰写生产蛋白纯化批记录，能协同上级解决生产中出现的问题，具有领班的管理技能和经验。Responsibilities 岗位职责1.有效执行GMP规范;2.负责员工的岗位和GMP培训，并指导新员工完成相关工作;3.参与蛋白纯化实验或中试GMP生产;4.参与研发到生产规模放大过程中的技术转移；5.根据技术转移方案负责撰写MBR和相关设备的SOP;6.负责带领其他GMP操作人员完成下游生产的操作任务;7.负责GMP下游相关设备的日程维护与保养;8.负责GMP车间下游相关文件的归档管理;9.积极主动与公司其他内部员工密切合作完成指定的任务，并和部门上级保持一致。Requirements 职位要求1. 生物工程、蛋白纯化、生物化学或相关专业；2. 本科三年以上蛋白纯化经验，硕士一年以上蛋白纯化经验；具有一定的管理和领队技能;3. 有生物大分子蛋白纯化经验，有AKTA等蛋白纯化仪器的使用与维护经验者优先;4. 具有良好的团队合作和奉献精神，责任心强，对工作充满热情，正能量;5. 具备较强的沟通协调能力，解决设备使用中的实际问题;6.能熟练操作Office等办公软件。 具备良好英文阅读和沟通能力，能阅读设备相关英文资料。 职能类别： 医药技术研发人员 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： 生物下游工艺
