职位描述： Job Qualifications: 任职资格: 1. BS or higher, majoring in precision machinery, integrated mechanical and electrical design, and mechanical design and automated manufacturing 精密机械`机电一体化`机械设计制造及其自动化硕士或硕士以上学历毕业 2. Expert in Solidworks 3D modeling, Autocad and engineering drawing 熟练使用Solidworks和Autocad进行三维建模及工程制图 3. Minimum 5 years for BS or 2 years for MS of experiences in designing and manufacturing precision mechanical parts and systems integrated with optical/electrical/mechanical components/subsystems 本科五年及以上或硕士两年及以上精密机械部件和光机电系统设计以及加工经验 4. Good experiences in design for manufacturing principles 对为生产而设计原则有很深的理解和体验 5. Proficient in English related to mechanical design/processing/machining/manufacturing 机械专业相关英语读写说熟练 6. Familiar with the common structural properties of the materials and processing methods, such as sheet metal, die casting, cable, connectors, metal machining parts, etc. 熟悉常用结构材料的特性与加工方法,如钣金件`压铸件`线缆`连接器`金属机加工件等 7. Familiar with ISO9001 and ISO13485 quality systems 熟悉 ISO9001和ISO13485质量管理体系 8. Skilled in finite element analysis, system simulation, thermal design and simulation 具有熟练的有限元分析,系统模拟,散热设计与仿真分析经验 9. Large-scale high-speed rotating machinery design experience is preferred 有大型高速旋转机械设计经验优先 10. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment as well as working independently 具有优秀的沟通能力和协作能力,既能与团队合作也能独立工作 Job Responsibilities: 岗位职责: 1. In accordance with project requirements, developing and designing mechanical structures/parts/systems to meet project requirements, including product packaging design, structural design, test system design, and fixture design按照项目要求，独立开发和研制满足项目要求的机械结构设计，包括产品造型设计、结构设计、测试系统结构设计、各种工装夹具设计等2. Simulation and analysis of mechanical structures/components/systems, including stiffness, stress, thermal, and modal analysis对设计的机械结构进行模拟分析，包括刚度、应力、热分布及模态分析等3. Make design tradeoffs based on manufacturability, cost and aesthetic values在产品的可生产性、成本和美学价值中权衡设计4. Writing production assembly processes, BOM creation and issuance, creation and issuance of parts specifications, analysis of design changes编写机械结构系统的组装流程工艺、BOM制作与发行、材料规格制作与发行、设计变更处理5. Familiar with precision machining vendor base. Communicating and working with suppliers to resolve problems related to suppliers’ processing and production to ensure timely deliveries with required quality of parts熟悉精密机加工厂商，与零件外协加工厂进行沟通，解决加工中出现的工艺和质量问题，确保交货期6.
