职位描述： Key words 职业技能要求能在按照要求完成溶液配制、管路组装、干热灭菌及湿热灭菌等生产前准备工作; 熟练操作扩种，细胞培养, 和经过短期培训后能够完成培养基配制和其它上游等GMP基本操作。Responsibilities 岗位职责1.有效执行GMP规范化;2.接受岗位培训达到培训要求;3.负责500 - 1000L 规模细胞培养等操作;4.根据技术转移方案负责撰写MBR和相关设备的SOP;5.参与对新员工的培训，使新员工能够顺利上岗操作;6.带领上游员工完成生产中的操作和总结每批生产的数据;7.负责GMP车间细胞培养相关设备的日程维护与保养；8.负责GMP细胞培养相关文件的归档管理；9.积极主动与公司其他内部员工密切合作完成指定的任务，并和部门上级保持一致。Requirements 职位要求1.生物，化学，微生物等相关专业；2.大学毕业4年以上相关行业工作经验或本科毕业3.责任心强，有较强的服务意识，对工作充满热情，正能量。4.具备较强的沟通协调能力，解决设备使用中的实际问题。5.能熟练操作Office等办公软件。 具备良好英文阅读和沟通能力，能阅读设备相关英文资料。 职能类别： 医药技术研发人员 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： 生物上游工艺
