职位描述： R&D EngineerESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.? Assist in developing product concepts, specifications, drawings, & work with quality and other team members to develop design verification/validation protocols.? Work with team members to establish design specifications based on product requirements and risk analysis.? Provide deliverables (drawings, specifications, protocols and reports) to technical design reviews ? Develop Test Methods and conduct hands-on bench testing on Products to analyze Performance.? Multi-task on multiple projects or multiple activities on one project.? Develop and maintain related documentation for R&D.? Ability and discipline to adhere to schedules and tasks.? Travel to office located in Beijing one/twice each week.Qualifications:? B.S. in Engineering or scientific discipline? Minimum two years working experience in medical device industry is preferred.? Knowledge of ISO and /or GMP regulatory requirements preferred.? Mastery of software program – MS office, Solidworks, etc.? Strong verbal & written communication skills in English is preferred.?
