职位描述： 岗位职责：1. 负责公司新产品的研发工作，对产品的开发、技术、工艺负全责；2.编制年度的设计/开发计划并组织督促计划实施；3. 对设计工作质量和工艺工作质量负责；对产品颁发的各种设计文件、工艺文件和技术标准的正确性、完整性、统一性负责；4. 参与顾客要求的评审、供方评价、合同评审、不合格的评审；5. 负责技术标准的制定及标准化协调工作；6. 负责解决产品质量中的重大技术问题，实施技术攻关，改进产品设计；7. 负责产品开发设计、试制、鉴定及技术文件和工艺文件的制订，并组织实施；8. 参加产品开发试制调研工作，提供必要的技术支持。任职要求：1.电子或机械类专业大学本科或以上学历；2. 有医疗器械研发经验，熟悉医疗器械的设计开发流程，可独立承担并完成研发项目经验者优先；3. 熟悉企业产品结构、性能、机理、使用方法等；4. 有扎实的理论基础和技术工作经验，能独立解决产品使用相关问题；5. 有出色的协调能力和组织能力,较强的团队合作与沟通能力；6. 能熟练运用SolidWorks等软件。7. 具有有源医疗器械研发经验者优先。 职能类别： 医疗器械研发 关键字： 周末双休 带薪年假 奖金丰厚 年终双薪 节日福利 提供班车 加班补助 出差补贴
