职位描述： 岗位职责1、负责组织实施部门承担的产品研发任务（调研、立项、设计、验证、确认、培训、改进全研发过程），保障产品研发进度；2、负责实现研发工作标准化，搜集并整理有源医疗器械行业相关技术信息和动态，提出新产品的研发建议；3、负责研发团队建设和人员日常管理工作；4、完成上级安排的其他工作。任职要求：1、硕士及以上学历, 机械、电子、计算机及相关专业；2、医疗器械企业5年以上工作经验，3年以上项目主管或经理经验。3、熟悉医疗器械法律法规及设计开发流程，熟悉图纸、技术文件、性能测试、验证等；4、具有良好的英语书面及对话沟通能力；5、对医疗器械研发管理系统的建立、项目管理、研发人员梯队建设、研发与技术标准化制度制和流程化建立有深刻认识和成功经验。6、能够独立完成项目的整体设计、任务计划和开发进度的管理工作，具有开发队伍的管理能力；7、具有创新能力，良好的语言表达和沟通能力、强烈的团队意识；8、有ISO13485、YY0287、GMP等质量体系及YY/T 0316风险管理、GB9706及YY0505培训经历者优先。 职能类别： 医疗器械研发 关键字： 技术 研发 经理
