职位描述： Position provides timely and effective technical support to customers for their solid doseformulation/process development, trouble shooting and small scale trial assistance. Positionrequires the ability to present professional knowledge and experience on formulation development,optimization and scale-up process, bring forward advice or suggestion for customer’s technicalissues, assist ATM/BDM to achieve business target. Publish research articles by applyingColorcon excipients/products to internal and external periodicals for academic influence. A strongteam player with excellent written and communication skills is required.该岗位为客户提供有效及时的技术支持，包括在客户口服固体制剂的配方、制剂流程、问题解决、小试等环节上的技术支持。岗位需要通过在制剂配方的开发、优化和放大流程上的专业知识和经验，为客户所遇到的技术问题提供解决方案或建议，支持公司的技术和销售团队实现公司的业务目标。岗位会需要就卡乐康产品、辅料的应用发表研究文章来提升对内、对外的学术影响。岗位的就职者需要有良好的团队协作精神，出色的技术书面及口头沟通能力。Main Responsibilities？ Complete all incoming customer’s projects with high quality within the expectedtimeline. 在预期的时间内，独立地、高质量地完成客户的项目。？ Keep good communication with customers and acquire detail technical projectsinformation and their demand prior to laboratory trials. 在开始实验前，保持与客户良好的沟通来获得足够的关于客户项目的信息和客户的需求。？ Design and define trail solution, prepare trail process and complete trial analysis. 设计r制订实验方案，进行工艺制备，完成分析测试。？ Fill in trial upload spreadsheet in Oracle CRM Lab module. 在Oracle 客户关系管理实验室模块中填写实验记录和数据。？ Provide further technical service according to trial results feedback from customers orATM / BDM. 根据从客户处或技术/销售团队处获得的客户关于实验结果的反馈，提供后续的技术服务。？ Complete self-responsible customer’s projects reports and send to team leader forputting on records.完成客户的项目报告并做好归档记录。？ Coordinate Colorcon technical resources to improve success rate of all customer’sprojects. 有效利用公司的技术资源来提高客户项目的成功率。？ Bring forward advice or suggestion for customer’s technical problems and answer theirquestions.就客户的技术问题提供建议并回答客户的问题。？ Proactively share knowledge and experiences with team members.
