职位描述： Job SummaryUndertake the routine R&D lab experimental work assigned by Research Scientist, focused on new business of Performance Materials unit in Asia including Drilling Fluid Additives, Fabric Care, Pet Care, Personal Care, Agricultural and Metalcasting.Primary Duties & Responsibilities-CONDUCT the experiments and lab trials assigned-SCALE up the lab formulation with pilot plant facility-MAINTAIN and UPDATE product data sheets and specifications for assigned products-DEVELOP and PREPARE the formulation card for the samples request by the customers and run the lab trials-ANALYSE the competitor products assigned-WRITE the technical report in Chinese and English-PREPARE the samples requested by the business team, and organize the delivery and manage the tracking record-PROVIDE customers with technical assistance and product application help (in person and through technical reports)-ENGAGE in Operational Excellence activities-Maintain 5S policy of lab instruments and equipmentQualifications/RequirementsThe requirements listed in the sections that follow are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required to perform the duties of this job.
