职位描述： JOB PURPOSE: To support Project Manager in terms of patient support/education project management, strong communication with all necessary partners(internal and external), eg, cross-function dept., business team, to push project moving under manager empowerment; ensure the project implementing smoothly and creatively improve the project execution. ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT: report directly to Project Manager. SUPERVISED RESOURCES:(Sales, budget, headcount…) KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Support PSP/PEP project management:Manage project operational database, make data analysis and evaluation;develop efficient communication ways for project information delivery;assist on organize project training meeting,project summary meetings, internal and external project discussion meeting,etcresponsible for project IO/PR application, payment tracking, reimbursement.Project report check and project platform inspection.field visit to monitor project operation  Develop PEP project supporting materials: develop project related materials, like patient education materials(handooks, education PPT) under companies policies. Meanwhile, to monitor the inventory and delivery time;  Other project assignment by project managers.  JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Education:    ? Minimum bachelor degree, major in medical or related medicine science Experience & knowledge: · Above 2 years working experience in pharmaceutical industry, in medical affairs are preferred· Experience on paient education project execution are preferred  Core competencies: 1. High communication skills: proactively seeks feedback from across the organization and uses this to improve project operations.2. Good interpersonal skills: can negotiate with others to find solutions that address interests, tactful in handling points of conflict3. Team work spirit4.
