职位描述： ResponsibilityYou will be responsible to develop product related medical strategies and oversight for the different BAs. - Developing and leading a highly motivated and well-trained team with an objective and performance led culture and ensuring skilled staff and services in place to support execution of operational plan; 发展和领导团队，确保训练有素，以目标完成和业绩为导向，良好地执行计划。- Working with medical affair director to set up medical objectives, develop medical strategies and tactics, and make medical plans for corresponding disease area; Aligning with corresponding BAs on the medical objectives, strategies, tactics and plans; Taking actions strictly following the plans; 针对相关疾病领域设定医学目标，与医学事务总监合作制定医学战略与策略，并制定相应的医学计划。与相关BA就医学目标，战略，策略及计划达成一致并严格按计划实施。- Coordinating IIS (investigator initiated studies) by close collaboration with investigators, medical and scientific information team and BAs; Supporting Roche sponsored phase IV clinical studies in the China; 通过与研究者，医学及科学信息部门和BA的密切合作，协调IIS项目。支持罗氏主导的在中国的产品上市后临床研究项目- Developing HCP and medical related SOPs according to the requests of Dia Symphony; Making plans for the training and implementation of the SOPs; Taking actions strictly following the plans; 按照DiaSymphony的要求，制定HCP及医学相关的SOPs。制定这些SOP的培训及实施计划并严格按计划实施。- Working with medical affair director to develop the KOL medical and scientific collaboration plans in accordance with the medical strategies; 与医学事务总监共同制定医学战略相一致的KOL医学科学合作计划- Making external medical information materials for corresponding disease areas and give presentations at adversary meetings or other medical symposiums; Making internal medical information training materials for corresponding disease areas and training both medical and BA colleagues at different Roche events; 制作所负责疾病领域的医学信息的材料并在医学咨询委员会或其它医学研讨会中做报告。制作所负责疾病领域的医学信息的内部培训材料并在不同罗氏活动中对医学和BA同事做培训。- Developing and maintaining a good working relationship with Global Medical and Scientific Affairs for better understanding of global medical strategy and pipeline information, and sharing of best practices.开拓并维护与总部医学和科学事务部的良好工作关系，以更好的了解全球医学战略及在研产品信息并分享***实践Qualification You should hold: - MD, PhD or PharmD and working experience in relevant disease areas; 医学，科学或药学博士及相关疾病领域的工作经验- Clinical research and trial management experience, and the ability to interact with KOLs with sufficient knowledge, expertize and confidence; 有可以及临床试验管理经验及有基于足够的知识，专长及自信而与KOL进行互动的能力- Excellent presentation and teaching skills and the ability to represent the company in a professional manner at medical, scientific and public events. 有优秀的报告能力及教学技巧，有代表公司参加医学，科学及公共活动并表现专业的能力You should have 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing medical strategies for various diseases in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.在医疗或制药领域有5年以上的制定及实施不同疾病领域医学战略的经历 职能类别： 医药学术推广 其他
