职位描述： 职责描述：1、根据董事会的决策，在国家法律政策和公司政策制度指导下，领导、制定和实施集团总体战略规划，完成董事会下达的年度经营目标；2、领导集团各分公司建立企业文化和健全良好的沟通渠道，推进落实公司的管理和业务运营、组织协调执行，实现公司的业绩指针和运营目标；3、负责进行公司市场规划，制定公司的市场总体工作计划，提出市场推广、品牌、公关、活动等方面的具体方向和实施方案；4、负责公司对外合作项目、重要客户的谈判及项目实施等，组织协调相关资源完成项目；5、建立和维护与合作单位、重点客户的关系，保持密切联络，组织拓展对外合作渠道和营销渠道；6、组织完成竞品市调、信息整理和分析、制定整体对策等工作；7、完成上级交办的其他任务。任职要求：全日制本科以上学历，检验、生物、医药、临床、诊断相关专业，优秀人才学历要求可放宽；5年以上IVD市场营销工作经验，3年以上部门管理经验；熟悉医学检验仪器和试剂的市场运作管理方法；对市场科研客户群、医疗客户群有深入了解，熟知各类客户群采购模式；熟悉各类产品的推广方法与技巧。 职能类别： 总监/部门经理 医疗器械市场推广 关键字： 营销策划 客户谈判 管理 项目实施 销售业务管理 市场推广
