职位描述： Essential Responsibilities Essential Responsibilities: You will be responsible for programing a feature and or a small feature set. You will contribute to the team and works with direction from the Senior Team Members or management but works independently. In this role you will: • Coordinate daily stand up, sprint planning and any other scrum meetings (backlog grooming, release planning, etc.) • Work with product owners and software teams to develop and prioritize the backlog • Remove any impediments that would prevent the team from achieving its sprint goals (internal to the team as well as external, dealing with all cross functional teams as appropriate) • Ensure Scrum process is followed properly • Help achieve potentially shippable product increment at the end of the sprint • Make sure team goes through scrum meetings with right objectives and set up achievable goals with necessary acceptance criteria • Drive process improvements toward consistent delivery of working product • Ensure tactical plans are communicated to main stakeholders including relevant cross-functional teams About Us GE is the world's Digital Industrial Company, transforming industry with software-defined machines and solutions that are connected, responsive and predictive. Role Summary/Purpose A Scrum Master will be an Agile Coach for the SAFe Release Train and coordinating and implementing Agile process for software team. Qualifications/Requirements 1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related computer field. 2. 1-3 years of experience as a Scrum master for a SW or FW development team Desired Characteristics • Relevant educational background, preferably within Software/IT • 3+ years of experience working in an R&D organization • Experience with Agile and Lean mindset and best practices • Experience in implementing Agile techniques (Scrum, XP, Kanban, SAFe) in different cultures and environments • Experience on successfully run Agile projects of varying size and complexity • Ability to communicate and connect to different levels within an R&D organization • Creative way of thinking, problem solving, thinking in opportunities, and can-do mentality • A natural ability to motivate and guide employees and teams English: Fluent oral, read and write English 职能类别： 其他
