职位描述： Primary Functions/Major Responsibilities: 1. Performs/coordinates NPI qualification, including but not limited to a） reviewing quality documents/requirements， b） reviewing product specification/drawings, c） developing quality plan, control plan, inspection criteria/instruction, d） buy off team member quality related files, e） preparing and coordinating related qualification reports. 2. Process quality monitoring. Participate internal defect verification/review, facilitate functional team on defect analysis to drive for improvement. 3. Handle customer complaint/feedback, including leading functional team on defect analysis, developing CAPA report, communication with customer and doing effectiveness verification until issue closure. 4. Authorize RMA, conduct RMA verification/analysis and coordinate rework, review with customer on FA result. 5. Perform routine meeting with customer. 6. Other assignments. Specific Job Skills: Intermediate typing and computer skills. Good interpersonal skills. Good investigative and organizational skills. Good problem solving and failure analysis skills. Good written English. Fluent oral English is preferred.Can work under pressure. Education and/or Experience Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science.
