职位描述： Reports to: Operation ManagerQualification & Personal skill request:？Diploma or above in Chemical Engineering or Rubber material or mechanical related subject.？5 year‘s or above supervision position experience, 3 years or above experience in medical area. knowledge in GMP and FDA is plus？Must have clean room working experience.？Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.？Willing to take responsibility, willing to learn , willing to coaching.？Good skill of interpersonal, written and communication, problem solving and knowledge of root cause analysis.？Good on self-confident, supervision skill, proven conflict resolution, team building skills.？Good knowledge on Microsoft & experience of ERP system.？Ability to work as a team member and participant in projects that involve or impact the entire company？Must be able to speak fluent Mandarin & English .Main Responsibilities:？Manage all activities in clean room to meet production, quality and cost target.？Completes production plan by scheduling, monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.？Ensure all process follow up standard procedure, from milling, molding, inspection washing/clean, post cure & storage.？Solve the quality issue during production, set up and maintenance work instruction.？Ensure clean room safety operation which is included: clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; employees discipline manages, equipment safety working.？Maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures？Maintains operators by recruiting, selecting and training.？Complete others working which is assigned by company. 职能类别： 生产主管 医疗器械生产/质量管理
