Lead and Manage Rice& TVC Herbicide Development ProgramsImplement Rice Herbicide development plans to develop, change or modify product positioning strategies and application delivery systemsDevelop formal protocols for each product/project and implement trial and demo activitiesDevelop project charters for each project with analysis of market opportunities, competition, project cost and financial returnsImplement a formalized process including planning, designing, implementing and evaluating for agreed products/projects2. Technical Support and Training of Fungicides to the OrganizationPrepare technical presentations, technical brochures, and other technical materials in support of the sales/marketing teamsCooperate with the marketing team in support of market communication programs including technical posters, leaflets and banners etcProvide technical supports to registration & regulatory team for new product registration and help analyze the official trial reportsJob Requirements:Education:· Master degree in plant protection related discipline or scienceExperience· 6~8 years experience in product development in agricultural environment· Competent knowledge of agricultural industry, Rice Herbicide technology and agricultural cultivation system in China· Knowledge and experiences of product performance assessment techniques· Experience with field trial design, data collection, analysis and formatting· Effectively manage development budget Capability· Priority setting and time management ,drive and result oriented· Effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, team work spirits· Good command of speaking and writing English· Computer literate, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, DMAP and statistical analysis 职能类别： 医药技术研发管理人员
