职位描述： KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 (including EHSS responsibilities) 1. HCR product development and process transfer to plant.2. Optimize the existing product and process.3. Benchmark the CoProducer’ HCR related products.4. Maintain and develop current company intelligence for value creation.5. Actively monitor relevant local IP landscape and strengthen company IP position.6. Maintain samples, chemical substances, technical equipment, furniture and operational procedures in lab.7. Meeting the requirements of IMS/ISO and EHSS standards. REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件 (education, language, expertise, functional competencies) Education1. Master degree with major in chemistry, Ph.D. preferred.2. Major in polymer and silicone chemistry preferred. Knowledge/Requirement1. Solid knowledge of silica and silicone preferred.2. Familiar with the R&D and IP procedures.3. Excellent command of written and spoken English.4. Good IT skills (MS Windows, MS Office, MS Outlook).5. Soft skills: Open-minded, pro-active and communicational personality including intercultural competence.
