职位描述： Key Responsibilities:1.Set up and implement department plan and budget, and monitor the achievement; allocate department target to subordinates and monitor their performance.2.Strengthen the management of internal post, strict labor discipline, implement staff reward and punishment system, standardize employee behavior, improve employee's self-consciousness, initiative and enthusiasm.3.Responsible for the reasonable arrangement of overtime hours, improve production and manufacturing methods, fully excavate the plant's production capacity, and reduce production costs.4.Familiar with the manufacturing process of sterile medical devices and quality regulations, be familiar with the requirement of dust-free workshop and the production of the overall layout, relevant rationalization improvement, optimization of production line, improve the production efficiency.Requirements:1.Good command of English and Chinese.2.Rich experience in manufacturing continue improvement project.3.College degree holder or above, with major in material or mechanical engineering is preferred.4.Good communication and cross-functional working skills.If you are interested in this position, please contact Winona OU via wou@bnrecruit.com for more details. 职能类别： 医疗器械生产/质量管理 关键字： 注塑 吹塑
