职位描述： 1.Maintain the microbiological lab test environment, and make sure the Microbiological test practice and routine work to meet the requirement of cGMP, GLP, ISO 17025 and Herbalife policy.2.Conduct microbiological lab testing activity, assign microbiological routine test, conduct microbiological method development/validation work.3.Responsible for microbiological team development, conduct employee training activity to ensure keep improvement.4.Estimate the uncertainty for reference testing method. Review original notebook. Conduct deviation and change work. Perform OOS program.5.Work with CS plant related team for CS plant system validation activity, provide technical support for CS product microbiological issues.6.Draft method validation protocol, write the analytical reports and documents in order and organized format.7.Communicate with US or region function team with technical or related work.8.Responsible for ISO 17025 system quality manager work, conduct lab internal audit, management review and routine supervision activity, provide suggestion and action to keep lab fully comply with ISO 17025 system and continue improvement.9.Work together with Chemical team to share idea and keep system requirement consistent. Participate and support chemical work as required.10.Other task as lab manager assigned.岗位要求：1.College or University degree in science (Chemical analysis, Microbiological analysis, Pharmaceutical, Food etc.,), Master degree is preferred.2.Minimum of 5 years working experience in related laboratory.
