职位描述： 工作职责Responsibility：1、生产管理Production Management与供应链部门密切配合，合理的制定生产计划，并按照生产计划的要求协调与组织生产有序进行。Draw up production plan together with supply chain department and organize production sequency to meet product supply.2、法规符合性Regulatory Compliance确保生产过程中各环节符合GMP要求和公司总部GMP要求，确保生产岗位按标准操作程序执行，使产品质量得到有效保证。Ensure all manufacturing operation complied with GMP and GQA requirements. Supervise the subordinates to follow the SOPs,ensure product quality is effectively guaranteed.3、设备维护与管理Equipmet Maintanance and Management管理属下员工有效进行日常的设备使用、清洁、自主维护与模具更换工作，使设备处于有效运行与管理之中。Supervise the subordinates to use, clean and maintain the equipment correctly.4、人员培训和发展Staff Training and Development制定培训规程及计划，并通过合适的程序保证员工得到有效的培训，发展操作工技能，建立主操作储备力量。Prepare training process and plan according to production requirements. Ensure the operators to acquire manufacturing knowledge. Make personnel reservating for each critical position.5、安全与卫生Safety and sanitation为了保证生产的安全进行，保证生产现场清洁卫生，符合国家及公司要求，制定相应的管理措施，指导及监督员工遵守执行。Prepare management procedure and supervise the subordinates to perform production and cleaning according to the SOPs. Ensure all operation complied with regulatory and company requirements.6、项目管理Project Management参与设备、系统、设施的技术方案规划，编制有关项目文件，保证新产品、新设备与新工艺的顺利实施；组织相关员工参与新产品试制、新设备的安装与调试，协调制定相关操作规程，并有效培训员工；协助项目经理推进项目有序进行。Assist project manager to develop technical protocol for the equipment, system and facility , compile relevant documents to eusure new product, new equipment and new process are effected smoothly. Arrange the trial production of new product, installation and qualification of new equipment.Assist the project manager to progress the project execution orderly.7、员工管理Staff Managerment为维护良好的生产秩序，保证生产正常运行，贯彻相关的员工守则，对员工的表现进行考核等有效管理。Manage the subordinates efficiently combine with performance assessment.8、遵守公司有关EHS的政策和规定，并完成EHS相关工作。Comply with the EHS policy and carry out relevant task.9、确保行为符合国家法律、法规政策的要求。Ensure all activity to meet the requirements of national laws and regulations.任职资格Qualification：1.教育程度经验Education and experience：制药工程或相关专业大学以上学历；3年以上药厂无菌生产管理工作经验；或3年以上制药工程项目管理工作经验。University degree or above in pharmaceutical engineering or related field. Three years or above aseptic production management experience or pharmaceutical engineering project management experience.2.特别知识Knowledge：了解制药专业知识，制药行业GMP专门知识，国家药品法规，劳动法、环保法等。Know well of pharmaceutical knowledge, GMP clause, National drug regulations, labour law and law of environmental protection.3.岗位技能Skill：熟练掌握液体制剂和无菌制剂的生产流程，能处理生产过程中出现的问题，能够对生产流程做出改进。Familiar with manufacturing process of liquid preparation and aseptic preparation. Able to solve the production issues and improve the process.4.熟悉制药工程项目的过程和管理，对工艺和设备技术方案的制定有一定的心得体会。Familiar with pharmaceutical engineering process and management, and have opinion in the development of process and equipment technology.5.EHS知识EHS knowledge：了解并遵守工厂和本岗位的安全规程；识别本区域潜在安全隐患；了解本区域的危险因素和控制途径。Comply with the plant's safety procedure. Identify potential safety hazard. Know the hazards of production regional and control method.6.沟通能力Communicate skill：具备良好的沟通、表达能力；能与同事良好的交流，能和下属良好的沟通并起到激励作用，能良好的与上级沟通汇报工作。Good communication and presentation skills.
