职位描述： Job Description工作职责1)Configure, test, deploy and support LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) within research and development at pharmaceutical and biotech companies.负责LIMS系统的配置、测试、实施和技术支持2)Write PQ scripts and traceability matrix for 21CFR Part 11 compliance编写PQ语句和21CFR Part 11法规的可追溯矩阵3)Interface with scientific staff to gather and document functional and technical requirements收集和记录科研人员的系统需求4)Analyze and document business processes and workflows分析和记录客户的业务流程5)Work collaboratively with vendors, customers, and our India-based partner company to resolve product issues与供应商、客户和本公司印度合作伙伴协同解决问题6)Handle projects and coordinate project teams for task planning and scheduling, scope and time management, and risk assessment负责制定项目计划和范围，安排项目会议，协调项目进度并进行风险评估7)Produce and deliver required documents and reports to customers撰写客户方需要的文档和报告8)Provide excellent customer service提供良好的客户服务9)Train and support scientific staff and be a subject matter expert on LIMS作为LIMS专家给科研人员提供培训和技术支持10)Work under the direction of our management to satisfy the needs of customers’ staff, who will review project goals and implementations.在项目负责人的指导下达成项目目标，达到客户的预期11)Need some domestic and international travel.工作可能会根据项目需要国内国际出差Basic Qualifications基本要求1)Works independently and is self-motivated能独立完成工作，具有工作的积极性2)Pharmaceutical R&D domain expertise具有医药研发领域知识背景3)Experience working with or supporting relevant LIMS or related scientific applications like ELN具有相关LIMS经验或者ELN等类似科研系统背景4)Experience working with scientific data, scientists and associated IT groups与科学家和相关的医药行业IT工作的经验5)Ability to analyze, clearly document and communicate user requirements能够分析、记录和沟通需求6)Ability to work in a collaborative, global delivery model能够适应与国内外客户共同工作的合作模式7)Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.英语和普通话书写口头表达流利8)Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific or health care field本科及以上生物医药专业9)Able to work independently to analyze customer requirements and design solutions.独立分析客户需求并提供解决方案10)Team player who can gain the cooperation of customers and end users.良好的团队合作精神Desired Qualifications所需任职要求1)Experience working in bioanalysis labs or other functions in a pharmaceutical or CRO company具有制药或者CRO公司的生物分析实验室或相关部门工作的经验2)Experience with scientific applications such as ELN, LIMS, SDMS or analysis and data visualization熟悉ELN, LIMS, SDMS等其他科研软件3)Specialist knowledge in a key pharmaceutical domain such as screening, preclinical research, drug metabolism, formulations, analytical sciences, technical development etc.具有药物筛选，临床研究，药物代谢，分析科学等相关的专业知识4)Experience working with global project teams具有在跨国团队中工作的经验5)Background with computer system validation and knowledge of 21CFR Part11 regulations熟悉系统验证和21CFR Part11法规6)Programming experience and knowledge of informatics solutions used in Pharmaceutical R&D具有针对医药研发领域软件的编程经验7)Experience with productivity tools such as VISIO, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Project, Quality Center熟悉Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Project和Quality Center 职能类别：软件工程师生物工程/生物制药关键字： LIMS 计算机系统验证 21CFRPart11 GxP 生物分析
