If you thrive in a brilliant, fast-paced, and mission-driven environment, Illumina is the place for you – imagine the possibilities.Position Summary:Serve as the primary support contact for Illumina clinical partners and customers in their territory, and develop and implement the service and support strategy for those clinical partners and their customers.Responsibilities:?Work closely with the Illumina clinical partners to develop and implement the support strategy for our clinical partners and their customers.?Prepare regular reports on their instrument status and outstanding issues.?Provide technical service and support for the clinical trial sites.?Provide field technical support including instrument installation, instrument and application validation, and customer training and troubleshooting as needed.?Coordinate the general field team to handle additional support duties when required.?Develop and maintain positive relationships with partners and customers in assigned territory.?Help maintain and increase product usage, and support the sales effort through technical presentations and demonstrations.?Providing strategic and competitive customer feedback to Marketing and product development teams.?Identify and help develop key company processes that support our mission of building a world-class customer support organization.All listed tasks and responsibilities are deemed as essential functions to this position; however, business conditions may require reasonable accommodations for additional task and responsibilities.Requirements:?Minimum 3 years of commercial experience supporting clinical labs required.?Prior field experience supporting customers using next generation DNA sequencing and sample/library preparation protocols preferred?Demonstrated understanding of commonly-used sequencing data analysis software applications preferred.?Outstanding troubleshooting and problem solving skills.?Demonstrated written and verbal communication as well as training skills.?Clear vision of and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.Education:?MSc or PhD in Genetics, Molecular Biology or Bioinformatics preferred.任务和职责：?负责新装置的协调工作，包括设备检查、仪器检测和客户培训。 审查和批准设备的运行质量，并指导客户按照常规说明对系统进行操作和维护。?解决用户在专业技能、生物化学/分析设计、实验设计、软件和仪器方面遇到的问题。 说明客户需求，将解决问题的责任落实到销售人员、工程人员或公司其他人员身上。?发展并维护与指定地区客户之间的良好合作关系。?通过技术讲解和示范来协助维持并提高产品的使用，以及提高日常销售业绩。?为市场营销和产品研发团队提供具有战略性和竞争性的客户反馈。?开发有助于我们完成构建世界一流客户支持组织这一使命的重要公司流程。以上任务和职责只是此职位的基本职能；随着企业运营情况的变化，您可能需要适度承担一些额外的工作。岗位要求:?有至少2年生物技术工作经验者优先?有使用测序或阵列技术进行现场协助客户经验者优先?具备下一代或高吞吐量测序样品准备技术与规范者优先?能够良好理解并使用通用性测序数据分析软件者优先?出色的解决问题和人际交往能力?良好的书面和口头交流能力和培训技巧?有清晰的愿景并乐于提供卓越客户服务教育背景:?遗传学、分子生物学或生物信息学硕士学位优先。 职能类别： 售前/售后技术支持工程师 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： NGS 基因测序 售后支持
