职位描述： Role summary Partner with the technology and operations teams to drive the resolution of operational issues with Network, Security and Engineering applications used by Healthcare Engineering teams in China region. Responsibilities: Engineering Applications/Tools support: oResponsible for supporting operational issues for the Applications and tools supported by Digital Technology organization. oAccountable for resolving operational issues of assigned area of application/technology, with responsibilities including incident analysis and resolution. oResponsible for driving communications, training and adoption of technology/tools/features in the area of Product Digital Thread. Infrastructure management: oPartner with Engineering managers to understand the infrastructure needs and collaborate with TSO organization to plan and deploy the required Infrastructure. oAccountable for engaging the responsible teams for analyzing and resolving network failures, bandwidth issues for the Engineering sites in China. Data Security & Protection oUnderstand the challenges of data leakage & the limitation of present IT infrastructure to work with Security teams to implement data protection standards/solutions. oActing the promoter in global IT to looking for the DLP solution to non-standard PCs oMaintain and develop peer relationships across the Engineering matrix organization. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Engineering team operations in China to provide technical and functional support. oCreates actionable risk and issue tracking mechanism for all risks/issues, including time, budget, scope, and associated plans to contain an/or mitigate; escalate as needed Qualifications: oB.S or M.S in a technical field, such as Computer Science or Information Systems. o8+ years of experience in engineering and/or technical solution development. oShould be able to effortlessly switch between individual contribution and working as a team to solve the business problem at hand. oStrong oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English. oTeam player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working within a globally diverse, cross-functional, internal and external team across different time zones. oAbility to work with engineering managers and with all levels of management. 职能类别： 其他
