职位描述： Responsibilities工作职责:- In charge for freight transportation works of both export and partial local goods under supervision of Customer Service & Logistic manager.在货运经理的指点下负责公司出口产品及部分国内货运工作。-To conduct all logistic supporting documents and related certificate timely and keep updating;？？完成货运单证及相关证书的办理，并及时更新。- Record each shipment precisely via both computer data input and shipping documents filing.？？精确记录每一单货运数据，完成电脑数据录入及纸质单证存档。- Manage client files (e.g. qualification materials like business certificate, GSP, consignee inf.) and keep updating on time, in order for secure no mistakes for invoicing and supplying.？？所有相关客户档案管理，及时更新客户资质（营业执照、GMP/GSP证书、收货人信息等）以保障开票发货无误。- Management replacement and return according to SOP for those damaged product cause by transportation.根据公司SOP要求处理货运产生的破损产品退、换货。-coordinate with sales team to handle customer complains.配合销售团队处理客户投诉。_other logistic works arranged by line manager;？？经理交付的其他后勤支持工作。Demands / requirements任职要求：education background/ experience / additional qualifications :教育背景/工作经验/其他资格要求：- College and above，logistic or foreign trade major is preferred？？？大专及以上学历，物流或者外贸专业优先；- More than one year logistic experiences in Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.？？？1年以上医药行业物流经验者优先；Other specialized knowledge / skills :其他知识/技能要求：good computer skill familiar with Microsoft Office; and good English良好的电脑操作能力，熟悉办公软件；良好的英语能力。Personality requirement :个性要求：- Responsible, carefulness,？？？有责任心，细心？- Good communication skill, association ability and team spirit.？？？良好的沟通、协调能力， 团队精神- Strong ability of learning？？？很强的学习能力。 职能类别： 物流专员/助理 其他
