职位描述： Responsibilities/工作职责：Responsible for the shop floor inspecton in production areas to ensure the prodcution activieites consist with GMP requirements and local procedures, also make sure the product is in high quality. /负责现场生产活动的巡检工作，以确保生产活动与公司规程和GMP要求的一致性以及保证产品质量。Lead the management of routine quality affairs: including the handling of deviations, complaints, recalls and investigation of other quality issues,and participate in the annual product review of products. /负责日常质量事务如偏差、投诉、召回以及其它的质量事件的调查，参与产品质量年度回顾等。QA commitment of quality supporting to other functions. /QA对其它部门的支持Review the procedures and documents related to production to ensure the implementation are consistant with the requirements specified in documentation. /审核与现场生产相关的程序和文件，确保执行和文件的一致性。Review batch manufacturing records, packaging records, COAs and associated documentation in support of batch disposition. /审核批生产记录、包装记录、分析证明及相关文件，支持批处置。Participate in the internal audit program. Ensures that audits are performed per developed schedule. Review findings and makes recommendations for findings. Ensures timely response and closure of all action items / commitments. /参与内部审计程序。确保审计按照计划表来执行。审查结果并对调查结果提出建议。确保及时响应和关闭所有行动项目/承诺。Communications with other Merck sites. /与其它默克制药基地就有关质量问题进行联络；Skills, Performances & Competences required by the position:岗位所需技能，绩效及能力:BS in Pharmaceutical or equivalent. 药学理学士或相等学位3-5 years’ QA experience in pharmaceutical plant.3-5年制药厂QA经验Experience and knowledge in validation and qualification.验证和确认方面的经验和知识Fluent in English 英语流利Result orientation, accuracy and reliability as a must必须具有决策性、准确性和可靠性Eexcellent communication, problem-solving, planning and organization skills 良好的沟通、解决问题、计划和组织能力可接受2017届药学相关专业应届毕业生 职能类别： 药品生产/质量管理
