职位描述： About the department Novo Nordisk Research Center China (NNRCC) is one of the biggest R&D centers set up by multinational pharmaceuticals companies in China. It is an integrated part of Novo Nordisk’s R&D organization, focusing on the innovative research to develop novel drugs for the treatment of diabetes, obesity, hemophilia, growth disorder and inflammatory diseases. Currently, the R&D center has 200 employees and a >13,000 m2 state-of-art facility, including biotech laboratories, rodent and dog facilities. It is critically important to maintain the environmental, health and safety in NNRCC in accordance with Novo Nordisk global policies and local policies. The position Lab equipment management • Lab equipment daily patrol to ensure lab equipment in good condition; pH meter daily collaboration. • Assist CSE (Customer Service Engineer) to keep a feasible maintenance plan for all lab equipment, coordinate and assist internal & external stakeholders for scheduled maintenance of general equipment. • Develop and update the database of Lab equipment maintenance on OneSource system. • Coordinate and assist equipment owner on installation tasks, develop and update LOP of equipment installation. • Responsible for coordinating and assisting CSE on repair work and parts stock management for all Lab equipment; deal with quotation and purchase with finance team on Lab Equipment repairing and parts relevant tasks. • Coordinate with research staffs on services and compliance on equipment relevant issues; make sure compliance of local and NN policies related to lab equipment. Lab operation management • Update LOP of maintenance of Lab Support equipment, ensure Lab Support equipment in good condition. • Make sure compliance of Lab Support special equipment local low and regulations. • Management of Lab Support equipment relevant documentation • Supervise & quality control of Lab Support tasks • Supervise Lab Support outsourcing team daily tasks. • Quality control of basic reagent preparation. Bio-sample shipment coordination • Bio-sample shipment coordination with external and internal stakeholders. • Make sure compliance of local regulations of bio-sample exportation. • Play a major role in assessing the quality of Lab equipment operations. • Give advice on lab equipment management, and continuously supervising actual lab equipment using status and condition. • Assist manage EHS review and remediation in lab support area Qualifications Education: Master degree or above in scientific fields or lab management Experience: • >2 years’ experiences in biological research • >2 years’ experiences in lab equipment management • Or >2 years’ experiences in similar lab operation management Personal skills: • Excellent communication skills • Customer focus mind-set • Good team player at local and virtual groups • Ability to complete high quality tasks and meet deadlines • Ability to work independently • Chinese: Skilled to communicate and present technical material to an audience of domain specialists • English: Skilled to communicate and discuss advanced technical & scientific contents across groups Working at Novo Nordisk Working at Novo Nordisk, your skills, dedication and ambition help us change lives for the better.
