职位描述: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Operational activities: 50%-Provide the financial analysis for all business related projects. Lead comprehensive financial support for projects standalonely, includes initiate business needs analysis with project leader and project team, build project-tailored analysing template, implement analysis and financial management in projects.-Introduce financial project to facilitate decision-making and management control by: defining relevant information to be included in analysis, developing relevant activity indicators and ratios, adapting the analysis to make it accessible and useful to all related departments.-Lead yearly transfer price budget process, work close with HQ tax team and SZ accounting team to complete the transfer price budget and report to HQ on time.-Support and work with internal and external audit and coordinate documents preparation required by auditors.-Itiniated process optimization to improve effectiveness and compliance with internal control-Assist the Associate Director to hit all the targets including design and implement the business process follow the the internal control policies.Strategic and managerial activities: 50%-Contribute to dicision making and coordinate overall project analysis activities and secure their coherence through: timely and accuracy report package.-Suggest and implement adaptation and implementation on the business process in order to optimize process and effectiveness.-Secure intelligence on controlling, legal local environment by networking in the business community and government related regulations, enforce and evaluating the impact of these changes on the company’s business.-Manage daily project and process work. Take the responsibility of signing the company payment and approving the BJ office expenses under finance director’s instruction and authority.-Provide valuable project service to other department such as marketing, sales, BD and supporting department.-Provide the internal control management including simplified the approval process.CONTEXT OF THE JOB/MAJOR CHALLENGES-To manage the high-efficiency controlling systems and procedures and to implement the high-standard reporting and strong financial project analysis to management.-Closely cooperate with business team, internal control, ITS to design and implement the system and process to identify the key issues and request the systems should be able to address and make the necessary forecast and adjustment accordingly.-Work under tremendous pressure in order to meet the deadlines and all request issues.-To harmonize with all finance people to meet the deadline of project of HQ and management level.-The jobholder faces changing and complex environment in the Chinese financial regulations, group policy request and other complex situations.-Good communication skill and personality since this role will closely work with each department head and attend different business meetings.JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:Education:College degree or above in Finance or related field职位要求:Experience & knowledge:- At least 10 year working experience in financial analysis positions in foreign enterprises, pharmaceutical experience is preferred-Professional accounting and finance knowledge, familiar with China GAAP and IFRS GAAP, finance, tax policies and practices.-One of accounting qualification CPA/ACCA/CMA/CIMA is a must.Core competencies:-Strong financial analytical abilities and business acumen, fimilar with project financial analysis and management.-Hands-on oriented meanwhile have strategic view and could self-managed project.-Excellent excel skills and good knowledge of Microsoft software,-Good presentation skill.-Financial system knowledge is must,such as SAP, HFM and TM1.-Self-motivated and persue self-development, problem solving orentied with creative idea.-Good communication skills and personality, able to maintain good relationship and cooperation with business partners.-Responsible and conscientious.-Able to work under stress.
