职位描述： 职责描述：1、负责QC监管团队的管理，包括但不限于QC实验室、设备、设施、样品等的管理2、负责QCGMP相关的检验数据的审核，批准最终检验结论。3、负责QC检测数据的完整性，包括记录审核及审计追踪审核。4、批准GMP相关的检验方法、稳定性方案等。5、协调QA内部工作，支持产品放行。6、负责QC在GMP活动中产生的OOS、变更、偏差等的处理。7、上级指派的其他工作。1. Responsible for supporting the QC team, including but not limited to QC lab, instrument, facility, and samples.2. Responsible for the review and approval of QC GMP related analytical data and data.3. Responsible for the data integrity of QC analytical data, including the review of analytical records and audit training.4. Approve GMP related analytical method, stability protocol.5. Coordinate QA internal work, support product release.6. Responsible for the handling of QC related OOS and deviation7. Other activities assigned by his/her manager基本素质要求 Requirements？工作年限：10年以上Working experience: Ten years above？专业：药学，生物工程，化学或其他相关专业。Major: Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or other related fields.？学历：本科及以上Degree: Bachelor or above？语言能力：良好的英文听说读写？Oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese？是否需要管理经验：要求有管理经验？Management experience: Prior management experiences required.？性别：不限？Gender: No limit？岗位技能要求：Qualifications必要技能：1、有QA、QC工作经验Related working experience of QA or QC2、熟悉数据完整行的法规和指南，熟悉欧美和中国GMP。Be familiar with guideline and regulatory of DI,3、熟悉QC的检验仪器和软件操作。Demonstrate strong knowledge of QC testing equipment and software.4择优技能：有生物制品企业工作经验、通过欧美GMP认证企业工作经验Prefer to skill: related working experience in biology industry or certificate of EU GMP. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
