职位描述： KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:1.As lead support for process automation system (DeltaV) that controls/monitors a variety of process equipments, utility equipments and unit operations.2.Works closely with manufacturing and quality team to provide day-to-day support, including troubleshooting, data retrieving, printing reports, alarm response and escalation.3.Performs software patches, update, system configuration, security management.4.Prepares /creates necessary documentation, SOP, deviation report for all stage activities.5.Conducts system health and performance monitoring, opportunity assessment and continuous improvements.6.Optimizes and develops graphics, control functions and recipes to meet manufacturing process requirements.           REQUIREMENTS:1.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer or Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in automation.2.General knowledge of biologics /chemical process and manufacturing.3.Proven experience of operating deltaV automation system; familiar with DeltaV Batch, Terminal server or other deltaV software, familiar with continuous historian and database.4.Experienced in programming , maintenance and troubleshooting of DCS system such as DeltaV, Yokogawa etc or other brand name PLC system.5.Able to work on shifts as needed. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
