职位描述： 1. 负责高通量测序的整个实验环节，包括核酸提取，样本质检，文库构建与质检，上机实验等；3. 负责整个实验流程的优化和troubleshooting；4. 负责仪器设备的日常维护和保养；5. 按项目既定时间完成任务，整理实验数据及撰写实验报告；6. 汇总实验结果并定期汇报项目进展。任职资格：1.本科以上学历，生物技术或分子生物学等相关专业。2.熟悉分子生物学基础理论和常规操作技术，熟练掌握DNA、RNA、ctDNA等样本的抽提，熟练掌握PCR、qPCR技术、Qubit操作等；3.熟悉二代测序的技术原理，熟练掌握DNA、RNA等文库构建，至少一年的文库构建相关工作经验，有二代测序上机工作经验者优先；4.具有较强的解决分析问题能力，良好的英语听说能力；5.具备良好的学习能力，适应能力，沟通能力和团队精神。 职能类别： 医药技术研发人员
