职位描述： Responsible for Visual inspection, Packing & shipping activities in plant. Following all internal procedures and external requirements (cGMP, etc), ensure FG supply to commercial within agreed time, quantity and quality.负责目检、包装、成品发运工作。严格执行各项内部流程和外部法规要求，确保将合格的成品按时、按量供应给商务团队。Major Accountabilities (Describe the 5-7 main results of the role to be achieved)主要职责内容（5-7个主要职责）1.Organize and implement the production following the annual packaging.根据年度包装计划组织包装车间实施生产。2.To organization and supervision of the warehouse team to follow the SOP written procedures for the daily operation requirements, to ensure that all team members outstanding executing SOP, GMP compliance with HSE requirements组织和监督包装及仓库团队日常运营遵循SOP书面程序要求执行，确保所有团队成员优秀执行SOP、GMP合规性与HSE要求。3.Closely Cooperate with commercial team to develop plan and keeping improving the shipping process.
