职位描述: Primary Responsibilities:1.Coordinate and define product objectives and requirements in a prioritised and timely manner with all stakeholders, including customers.2.Work closely with product development team to develop new business cases according to market demand and application of latest technologies.3.Lead and coordinate a team developing program budgets, time lines, milestones, resource requirements, risk assessment and execution from program launch through commercialization.4.Development of product quotations, production costs and investment to secure target margins.5.Where applicable Incorporate CFDA/FDA, and ISO standards throughout the product life cycle,6.Partner with quality leaders throughout the quality inspection process and ensure that control methodologies are adhered to including process validation protocols and reports, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and applicable industrial regulations.7.Maintaining a focus on manufacturability, process integration, customer specification alignment while offering a manufacturing perspective to the product development team.8.Manage contractors / engineering firms through planning and execution stages.9.Handles miscellaneous problems that arise during product development and product transfers with quality and the customer.10.Resolves problems with product quality and quality auditing procedures and coordinates the re-work of nonconforming product.11.Oversee Capital Expenditure Requests including budget, scope changes, and timelines and thus working closely with finance to establish profit and costing from start to finish of new program (mass production)Preferred Experience:1.Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution2.5+ years of Program Management or Technical Product Management experience in a technology oriented organization3.Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese4.Proven ability to successfully lead multiple project teams including planning, scheduling and control5.Successful track record of launching B2B and/or B2C technology products with geographically distributed teams6.Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing products and solving problems7.Technically savvy and able to ramp up on new technologies quickly8.Excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional EQ and a proven ability to communicate with technical and non-technical teams9.Preferred working knowledge of medical device manufacturing compliant with, cGMP and ISO 13485 职能类别: 医药技术研发管理人员
