职位描述： Job Objectives?Conducts analyses and interprets results, with direction on more complicated analyses, method development, and project management.?Perform scientific work requiring application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.?Optimize synthetic routes, and produce and/or scale up intermediates?Develop and perform process development?Deliver projects on target with quantity, quality, time, and within budget.?Observes and learns how to apply technical problem solving processes including the use of company resources.Main ResponsibilitiesR&D responsibilities?Conducts analyses and interprets results, with direction on more complicated analyses, method development, and project management.?Perform scientific work requiring application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria with guidance from more experienced team members.?Learn analytical techniques using common instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, and LC-MS.?Apply basic scientific knowledge to solve simple process problems.?Learn and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)?Present scientific results to team members.?Prepare documentation in accordance with SOPs.?Document scientific procedures and results in lab notebooks, or other designated forms and prepare scientific reports with guidance from an experienced team member.?Optimize synthetic routes, scale up processes, and produce intermediates?Select methods and techniques for obtaining solutions to moderately complex problems within generally defined practices and policies.?Performs routine scientific work without instruction and receives general instructions on new assignments from an experienced team member.Quality/Regulatory responsibilities?Demonstrates technical proficiency and self-assuredness in applying ISO9001 standards?Applies ISO9001 concepts in association with department specific responsibilities.?Ensures all documentation produced is in compliance with ISO9001 standards.?Responsible for contributing to audit readiness and for participating in quality audits with Regulatory Agencies, and customers, as needed.EHS responsibilities?Follows and abides by all EHS policies, practices, and procedures in association with department specific responsibilities.?Demonstrates technical and procedural proficiency and self-assuredness in applying EHS standards.?Responsible for contributing to audit readiness and for participating in EHS audits with internal Company groups, regulatory agencies, and customers.?Responsible for reporting all near misses, accidents, and dangerous occurrences through the appropriate Company procedures to ensure an investigation is initiated.?Cooperate with all root cause investigations and follow corrective actions and compliance with Company policies and procedures, and all state and federal regulations occurs within department.?Support the Company’s commitment for EHS by applying ISO 9001 and Sustainability 2017 principals into daily activities.Requirements:?BS in Organic Chemistry or equivalent with 1-3 years related experience in a fine chemical industry.?MS in Organic Chemistry or equivalent with 0-2 years related experience in a fine chemical industry?Ability to read, analyze, and interpret English-language chemical periodicals, scientific journals, and regulatory documents?Ability to write clear and concise technical reports?Good understanding of Microsoft Office and statistical software?Demonstrate ability to exercise good judgment and make decisions quickly?Good written and verbal communication skills in English?Experience with common analytical techniques such as: HPLC, GC, NMR, UV, LC-MS?Ability to work independently and in a team environment?Experience in establishing integrated plans with resource and task constraints 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 医药技术研发人员 关键字： 药品分析 制药研发 医药中间体 有机合成 CRO 药明康德 康龙华成 诺华制药 凯惠制药
