职位描述： Position: Procurement ManagerCategory: Drug discovery and development servicesLocation: ShanghaiPosition Overview:?Support global and local procurement activities in research and development.?Able to identify the strategic supply management implications and opportunities resulting from major corporate strategies and change initiatives.?Ability to continually innovate and redesign the supply management processes to meet the changing needs of the business.?Understands the linkages between supply and other functional areas such as finance, accounting and budgeting.?Maintains an understanding of company-wide business strategies and factors them into business and commodity planning.Job Scope and Main Activities:?Understand large molecule drug discovery and development service needs.?Initiate agreements, CDA's, review and approval process according to guidelines.?CRO/CMO/CDMO sourcing, issue RFP, feedback to internal user, analyze and recommend venders.?Price negotiation, delivery time and payment terms negotiation, and manage the contract.?Follow up and monitoring the progress of service deliveries, assure the service quality and scope by analyzing the gap regarding scope, quality, timing and amount.?Proactively participate the related projects in operation excellence and drive the procurement requirement and policy in the company.?Organize vendor selection, training, and annual assessment, renewing the preferred venders.?Lead various initiatives and projects ensuring cost reduction, savings, and risk control.?Organize CRO/CMO audits, and quality complaints management.?Conduct market intelligence in China, Pharmaceutical trends, information about special Chinese suppliers.?Work cross functionally within procurement organizations and with other stakeholders as well, especially, scientific operation excellence, finance, office administration, HR, legal and compliance.Essential Skills and Requirements:?Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a scientific, engineering or business discipline.?At least 5 years’ experience in procurement role in the pharmaceutical and medical industry, experience in procurement in large molecule drug discovery and development is a plus.?Experience and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry including experience in at least two of the following areas: supply chain, purchasing, supplier management, quality assurance, finance or commercial.?Strong working experience in China market, system management experience in e- procurement is preferred?Strong verbal and written communication, excellent interpersonal and information management skills.?Experience working with third parties and alliances. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 医药技术研发管理人员 关键字： 药物研发采购
