职位描述： KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:DC经理作为SA的现场人员，其责任是成为SA和第三方最主要的沟通窗口，监督，协调和处理发生在DC的所有与运作相关的事宜协助双方质量部门的沟通及决定的落实同时，DC人员要对现场操作方式及流程进行优化建议和实施，还要将SA不断改变的新要求和标准告知第三方并确保实施。DC Manager as Sanofi onsite personnel, 让AQO做质量判断移库随货的带鲜章的COA的管理。建立台帐，跟踪记录COA的使用情况，包含：到达数量统计使用数量统计剩余数量统计及销毁数量统计。若带鲜章的COA不够，必须记录工厂补的COA及使用概况在运作的开始6个月内，每天对移库作SAP和WMS系统对帐，保证双方系统的准确当月和第三方核对上月的所有STO的回执STO:STO confirmation (if required) Notify the factory to prepare accordingly after STO confirmation Confirm STO carrier and vehicle information, driver information, license plate number and other relevant information to inform plants When vehicle for STO arrivals at the DC, in-transit temperature tracking data and table for cold chain products and temperature sensitive products will be collected and upload to ECCC for checking & release by AQOCOA management with fresh chopestablishment of tracking record of COA usage includes: arriving quality, number of usage, remaining quantity and destroyed quantityAt the beginning of operation within 6 months period, daily checking of the STO systems reconciliation between SAP and WMS, both sides to ensure the accuracy of the system informationMonthly checking of the STO receipt with 3rd party for previous
