职位描述： 岗位职责1、完成生产目标；2、加强生产管理，跟踪生产进度（包括：产量、质量、效率）, 不断提高生产管理水平和生产效益；3、切实遵循“安全第一、质量第二、数量第三”的原则，对生产线的安全和车间的工艺卫生长抓不懈，做好生产线各项劳动防护工作，不断改善劳动条件，保证生产线进行安全文明生产；4、做好公司各项制度的传达及与员工的沟通，及时有效地贯彻执行公司和部门的各项规章制度。任职资格1、高等专科学校或大学毕业；2、1年以上的管理经验；3、组织能力强，沟通能力强，有一定的计划协调能力；4、有一定的电脑操作能力。 职能类别： 医疗器械生产/质量管理 医疗器械维修人员 关键字： 生产领班 班组长 组长 线长 工段长
