职位描述： Department Description:Advanced Processing & ApplicationTasks DescriptionPosition: Major Tasks?Research and develop new/advanced processing technologies to match thepresent/future needs of market and recognizing/implementing patentableinnovations.?Lead and guide lab technician to conduct molding trials in the AdvancedInjection Molding Lab on processing development and customers project..Generate technical report on newly developed processing technologiesand potential application opportunities.?Provide technical support to APAC technical sales teams to solvecomplex problems relevant to molding process and secondary process.?Act as a key member of global application development core technologyteam(CTT).Coordinate with the R&D group in EMEA/NAFTA, monitor andfollow-up on all new process development projects for APAC business inorder to maximize success.?Keep good relationship with key processing technology owners, and lookfor cooperation chances to promote new processing technologies to meetour market/customer needs.?Represent Covestro as the "Technical Expert" to work with technicalexperts from ours customers to provide suitable solutions to customersadvanced processing issue.Requirements DescriptionPosition: Skills,...?Master degree with more than 5 years of relevant technicalexperience, or Bachelor degree more than 8 years of relevant technicalexperience in the plastics industry, or plastic engineer in automotiveor electrical/electronics industry.?In-depth knowledge in engineering plastics, part/mold design,injection molding process and secondary process, e.g. painting,metallization and joining process.?Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and toarrive at solutions that support the technical and business goals.?Good communication and leadership skills to participate in teams,lead teams, write reports, and make effective presentations (e.g.customers and technical conferences).?Good project management skills and abundant project managementexperience.?Proficient in English and Mandarin (reading, writingand oral) 职能类别： 生物/制药/医疗器械
