职位描述： 岗位职责描述： 目标医院开发， 以目标医院完成首次进货为岗位目标主要评估标准  1） 目标医院信息收集，完成及实时更新医院信息收集表， 确定关键决策者及开发路径  2) 根据开发路径， 完成医院提单工作，关键决策者管理和医院开发全流程管理  3） 与商务团队一起筛选评估确定目标医院经销商， 日常经销商沟通及管理  4） 目标医院开发的市场活动设计与执行  5） 医院开发成功后将医院所有相关客户及经销商移交给销售团队， 协助销售团队对于目标医院管理的平稳过渡岗位能力要求：1） 5年以上医药行业销售经验， 有医药设备耗材销售经验及医院开发经验者为佳2） 具有大客户管理经验和商务沟通谈判经验3） 高度的市场敏锐度， 善于发掘捕捉和创造生意机会4） 有一定的市场活动策划和执行的能力5） 内驱力及高度自我激励， 热爱高竞争性和挑战性的工作6） 工作责任心强， 目标驱动， 敢于承担责任并为结果负责7） 善于团队沟通与合作 职能类别： 医疗器械销售经理/主管
