职位描述： JOB TITLE: ITS Project ManagerCountry: ChinaSite/ Unit: Industrial ITSJob Family / Sub Job Family: IS/Project ManagementSolid line Manager: ITS Deploy Manager – East AsiaJOB PURPOSEGeneric: Would be in charge of leading SAP projects In East Asia regionSpecific additions (if needed): Would be based out of Shanghai, ChinaKEY ACCOUNTABILITIESManage Project Delivery:-Responsible to manage SAP projects, including-Project management from scoping, execution to go live-Workload evaluation-Managing costs & timelines and follow up-Deliver projects according to following parameters:-Compliance to local-Compliance to ITS Sanofi Methodology (PUMA), GxP guidelines and procedures-Identify and anticipate risks, manage solutions proposals-Ensure that there is no overrun on cost and time-Focus on change management / user impact management with Sanofi methodology (Declic), to ensure the expected level of adoption / usage of the solution-Focus on Master Data project stream at local level accordingly to global templates-Manage transition to support on project completionManage Continuous Improvement:-Carry out periodic monitoring (surveys, questionnaires, etc.) to measure solution usage / adoption on a continuous basis-Execute remediation steps as necessary to make sure that expected processes are being followed-Conduct periodic training for usersDimension (e.g. Budget, number of people managed)-He/she may need to manage external resources as necessary to deliver projects-Transversal collaboration with different ITS teams to manage project deliveryREQUIREMENTSEducation:-A relevant Bachelors / Masters职位要求：Degree in Technology or EngineeringSpecific Experience and Knowledge-10+ years’ IT/ IS experience is a must – Prior experience with Pharma industry is a big plus.-6+ years’ experience in SAP – PP, HUM/WM, MM is a must (PM, QM would be highly appreciated)-5+ years’ experience with Project Management from an international company with 3+ successful delivery of big/ middle size SAP projects-Prior experience with Industrial domain is preferableTechnical skills &Competencies / LanguageEssential technical skills-Good understanding of Pharma industry business processesLanguage Skills:-Fluent in English and Chinese both orally and written is a must-Optional: Japanese/ Vietnamese would be big plus-Behavioural Competencies (LEAD and others)-Strong transversal cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, as follows:-Internal:-APAC Industrial ITS Teams – Deploy Solution Center / Support Solution Center / Business Partners / Irnfrastructure and Compliance functions-Central ITS Teams-APAC Industrial Sites management-APAC Industrial site K-user-External:-Manage Vendor teams for delivery, as needed 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
