职位描述: Position purpose (A brief statement indicating the basic purpose of the position)?Take responsibility of full scope of Commercial operation supporting tasks:?Analysis and steering goods delivery plan and supply issues from commercial management perspective based on the company sales target and company compliance.?Efficiently manage the process on 1st tier distributor account opening and closing, and ad hoc supporting requirement from business team. Evaluate technical solution and feasibility with related function and team from commercial operation management perspective.?As interface role, build and manage the partnership with relevant functions on commercial operation topics, e.g. goods supply, credit mgmt., contract mgmt., O2C, S&OP, etc. Identify and flag operation risks and provide proposal and scenario analysis.?Assist in drafting annual commercial policies and other commercial policies & internal guideline. Manage and improve internal sign-off process in Management team to ensure timely fulfill annual contract signing with customer, and official document management. Monitor and initiate changes about process / guideline and management with regard of operation supporting filed accompany with changes in business needs.?Lead an efficient operation supporting team, seek opportunity to optimize process in continually manner accompany with business development.Major tasks and responsibilities of position (max. 8 key topics)1. Lead team to drive the relevant department and internal functions to ensure the aligned process of sales order and forecast implemented from commercial management perspective, and achieve accuracy target of sales forecast/target. Lead discussion on optimization or adjustment on process. Work out proposal on tackling with special issue.2.Coordinate with all CSF managers/directors to ensure and support their daily businessTask runs smoothly. Enable team or individually conduct and organize necessary internal training or introduction session about guideline / process to business team, etc., depends on the status and needs according to feedback/analysis of the business needs.3. Assist in drafting the commercial policies and relative internal guideline, support in internal and external auditor review in related field timely and accurately.4.Share insights in all kinds of commercial agreement and contract review withLegal, ICS and risk mgmt. function from commercial operation perspective. And flag potential risks to manager with proposal of countermeasures.5. Lead team participate or provide supports in across function project, coordinate with the relevant departments from commercial operation perspective, provide the solid comments and establish communication channel with project team. Enable team to organize discussion and workshop to conduct evaluation and prepare proposal, and ensure relevant system / module go live smoothly or perform scenario analysis for no-go proposal.6. Provide solid business comments/information for commercial goods supply strategy for marketing and PS strategy analysis and support decision-making; establish effective two-way communication with counterpart.Supervise and manage discussion and drive result timely. Accurately communicate with CSF managers and support implementation in efficient manner.7. Establish partnership with related functions and teams, keep efficient communication on business and management requests. Initiate process changes review according to business needs, and drive result proactively, E.g. topics on credit mgmt., contract mgmt., O2C, S&OP, etc.8.Lead and coach team to seek efficiency improvement constantly.Qualifications (Education, skills, experiences and personal characteristics necessary for success in this position)Bachelor degree or above in Economy, Medicine, Management majors;Good computer literacy, proficient user of common PC application, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.Have solid experience on project management and system implementation.More than 5 year related working experience in commercial operation, sales administration or Logistic management in pharmaceuticals industry;Good command of English for both spoken and written;Strong sense of analytical mind, structured case analysis and presentation skills;Manage ambiguity, elaborated in execution, good communication and interpersonal skill;Experienced in team management, work under pressure and drive results. 职能类别: 其他 关键字: 商务 供应链 运营 支持
