职位描述： 岗位职责： 1.Develop and carry out the region (Hua Bei) sales plan and accomplish the sales target 制定并实施区域（华北）销售计划，完成销售目标2.Develop and carry out the region (Hua Bei) loan programs and accomplish the AR collection target 制定并实施区域（华北）回款计划，完成回款目标3. Sales team（7-8 people）management in regions 销售团队（7-8人）管理4.Execute the sales and marketing strategies and action plans developed by the company 执行销售和市场营销的战略和行动计划5.Enhance the customer relationship; set up and update the customer documents 提升客户关系，建立与更新客户信息6. Collect and analysis marketing and competitor information; work out the solution measures 收集与分析市场及竞品信息并制定解决方案7. Coordinate with other departments 与其他部门合作任职要求：1. Bachelor degree or above in Medical, Laboratory and biology related major 本科以上，医学、生物学及相关专业2. Minimum 5 year sales working experience, Minimum 3 year management experience, especially in biological industry 5年以上销售工作经验，3年以上管理经验，有生物诊断行业销售经验者优先3. Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination skills 优秀的沟通及协调能力4. Excellent team work spirit 优秀的团队合作精神5. Other aspects 其他任务6.
