职位描述: [Please send your application and resume in English]Primary Responsibilities:?Develop and implement a plan for gross margin improvement for the designated product lines?Provide input, communicate and implement gross margin grow strategies to sales, engineering and operations team?Work with the strategic customers to provide new products that meet their requirements. Directly manage customer relationships to gain key supplier/partner status with the existing and potential strategic customer base?Implement cost reduction activities that will improve our margin and still meet our customers expectations?Using the product development process, insure internal engineering and operations activities are completed in a timely fashion to meet the customer’s requirements?Implement pricing and cost strategies aligned with gross profit and sales targets for the designated product lines?Lead long term activities in determining product direction and participate in strategic alliances that are aimed at positioning the organization for profitable sales growth.?Provide organizational and system support where needed to meet targeted customer and cost requirements in the short termAccountabilityIncreased gross profits from newly commercialized products at either existing or new customersIncreased gross profits from effective cost reduction effortsReporting RelationshipsThis position will report to the General Manager, China Operations with a strong dotted line to the PresidentDesired Qualifications & ExperienceThis position requires the ability to:?Understand complex problems, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.?Implement a plan with a variety of factors influencing success.?Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results?Leadership skills and flexibility to assist in in completing tasks and to coordinate others activities to move projects ahead?Lead by assigning work, communicating goals and resolving problems or barriers to progress?Professionally present information to various audiences (internal, external, customers, investors, etc)This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years experience and knowledge of the thermometry and building products markets and an excellent working knowledge of company products.Goals and ObjectivesBusiness goals and objectives as defined by the three year planPersonal goals and objectives as defined by the employee performance and growth plan 职能类别: 医疗器械研发 医疗器械市场推广
