职位描述： Specific Responsibilities 具体工作职责 Perform tests for water system according to monitoring requirements.依据控制要求完成水系统的实验。 Perform tests for finished goods and raw materials as below:完成下列生产原料和成品的实验：？ Raw materials and analysis 原料的检验？ New product research and validation 新品研究及验证？ Finished product analysis 成品分析？ In-process product analysis中间控制产品分析？ Samples retention monitoring 留样检测？ Accelerated test 加速样品检测？ Stability test 稳定性实验？ Revised testing file and SOP 试验文件及SOP的修订及完善 Perform test for medical devices 执行医疗器械检验 Perform relevant tests for equipment maintenance and validation.完成仪器维护和验证的相关实验。 Perform methodology validation完成分析方法的方法学验证 Keep equipment maintenance and calibration in good condition.保证仪器的维护和校验状态良好。 Keep testing materials (reagent and consumptive sets) in good management.管理好实验材料（试剂和耗材）。 Responsible for testing reagent,standard solution preparation,and ensure validity,responsible for maintenance of instruments.负责实验分析所用试剂、标准溶液配制，并对其有效性负责，维护实验所用仪器设备设施。 Manage the standard samples, chromatogram column.标准品及对照品色谱柱的管理使用。 To calibrate and update all instruments according to calibration program periodically.根据校验程序对仪器进行校验并及时更新数据。Participate in sectional training. Continuously improve technical skills, GMP awareness and professional skills.参加部门员工培训。持续改进技术技能、GMP知识及专业技能。Report to supervisor immediately when any out of limit is encountered.发生超标时马上报告主管。Self-check working area/safety, to comply with 6S requirement, achieve safety target.负责化验区域工作环境、安全自查，确保符合6S要求，达成安全目标。 Observe and monitor behavior, provide feedback for at risk behavior and reinforce safe behaviors in order to prevent accidents.遵守和约束自己的行为举止,对危险行为做出反馈, 加强安全行为,避免事故发生。 Obtain appropriate EHS training and report incidents of noncompliance with EHS requirements or failure to carry out EHS responsibilities, which endanger the environment or people接受相应的EHS 培训，报告不符合EHS法律的事故或对环境和人员造成伤害的行为。 Understand and implement Baxter EHS requirements as applicable to this position.理解并执行百特公司EHS对该职位的相关政策。q Any other work authorized by Lab Superintendent and Quality Manager.其它由实验室高级主管和质量经理授权的工作。 Requirements 职位要求 College degree, possessing a lot of relative experience.专科及以上毕业，且具有丰富的相关经验。 More than 2 years experience in laboratory analysis.在实验室分析方面超过2年的工作经验。 Be able to read and understand English documents.能够阅读并理解英语文件。 Good data analysis skills, be proficient in using computer software such as Word, Excel, etc.良好的数据分析技能，能熟练使用Word, Excel等办公软件 Obtain the certificate of analyst issue by TJSFDA in the period of 2 years.上岗后两年内取得由天津市药监局颁发的化验员资格证书。职能类别：化学分析测试员电工
