职位描述： 岗位职责：1、Identification/mapping of KOLs2、Develop professional relationships with the targeting KOLs and build advocacy and gain contributions of KOLs3、Initiate scientific discussions with KOLs to assess evolving trends in disease state management, trends in therapy, and/or impact on Astellas initiatives4、Proactively Visit, Track, Collect, analyze and reports targeting KOLs insights that may impact development plans /trial designs, launch strategies and tactics, medical education programs tailored to physicians' education needs5、Information gathering from KOLs, communicate medical insight and unmet medical needs from KOLs to Astellas6、Information dissemination to KOLs, communicate the benefit-risk profile and relative value of products from Astellas to KOLs7、Respond to unsolicited requests from KOLs for off-label information. Responses must be scientifically sound, specific, fair-balanced, objective, unambiguous, and non-misleading8、Involve in Company-Organized Symposium planning (especially discussion with the speakers) in order to make it more scientific9、To learn more about KOLs’ clinical interest/specialty, current research, future research plans, or research capabilities10、Contribute to the identification and recommendation of appropriate KOL involvement and participation in Company Initiated Trial11、Follow-up on Investigator Sponsored Research proposals generated by KOLs12、Closely work with business partner to improve to execution of medical strategy13、Provide medical support and training to develop sale team’s medical capability, and solve medical issues14、Provide medical input to regional strategic team15、Carry out the relevant SOP of ACNPV 任职要求：1、Master degree or higher(preferable with 2 years of clinical practice experience )2、Familiar with the disease knowledge and clinical practice of therapeutic area3、Excellent communication and presentation skills4、Proficiency in English5、Experience in multinational company preferred 职能类别： 医药学术推广 关键字： MSL 医药学术推广
