职位描述： Position Responsibilities: 职位内容：The Investment Director will be a key part of the investment team. In this role, he or she will assist the Managing Partner in all aspects of our potential investments over time. Daily activities may include:- Deal sourcing- Screening investment opportunities- Performing venture due diligence and financial analysis- Working with portfolio companies post-investment. - Assisting Partner in LP and business partner relationship management and reporting投资总监是基金团队重要组成成员。他/她将全方位协助合伙人完成各项投资。日常的工作内容包括：- 寻找潜在投资机会- 筛选潜在被投资对象- 尽职调查及金融分析- 投资后与被投资企业的合作和投后管理- 协助合伙人协调合作伙伴和出资人的合作和工作汇报Requirements: 要求：- Education:Pharmacy,advanced life science or medical degree (MS, PhD or MD) ; MBA or relevant business experience is preferred- 3-5 years working experiences in healthcare investment, preferably with track record of good investment cases- Fluent in Mandarin and English (reading,writing and speaking )- Strong business orientation with excellent analytical and organizational skills- Demonstrated knowledge of pharmaceutical discovery and development process- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills - Strong work ethic and integrity- 教育背景：具有药学、生命科学或医学相关硕士以上学历；有MBA或相关行业经验者优先- 普通话，英语流利 （读、写、说）- 3-5年的医药行业的投资经验并有成功的投资案例- 强烈的商业头脑，以及出色的分析和组织技巧- 良好的药物开发或开发流程相关知识- 良好的人际交往及沟通技巧- 正直，有职业道德 职能类别： 投资/基金项目经理 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： 医药 医疗 生物工程 生物制药 医药技术研发 医药推广 医疗器械研发 医疗器械推广
