职位描述： 岗位名称：高级药物分析研究员Senior Bioanalytical sc要求：动物及动物医学，医学，分子生物学或相关专业毕业，具有硕士学历 （两年及以上工作经验）或本科学历（三年以上工作经验）；具备大鼠，小鼠生长管理相关工作经验，掌握动物肿瘤模型的建立，给药，肿瘤药效的评估等实验技能；具备根据动物模型，药物的体外活性，设计体内药效评估实验的知识。 能够熟练的查阅相关专业英文文献，学习能力强； 具有良好的责任心及团队协作精神，有强烈的事业心和进取心。职责描述：1.管理公司的实验动物，或与CRO公司沟通利用CRO的动物资源；2.建立相关的试验动物模型；3.进行体内的药效评估实验；4.筛选，评价及鉴定适合进一步开发的药物侯选分子；5.发现并解决实验过程中出现的问题、或改善优化实验流程；6.用英文清晰, 准确, 详细地完成实验记录和实验报告, 并能进行基本的英语交流；7.积极与其它团队沟通合作, 勇于创新。ientist 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 医药技术研发人员 关键字： 抗体 生物工程 生物医药 生物制药 生物科学 生物技术 药物化学 医药研发 医药技术 制药工程
