职位描述： 要求：具有硕士学历 (一年以上工作经验)，有机合成， 药物化学等相关专业毕业; 具备丰富的有机合成相关工作经验， 精通有机合成单元操作和波谱解析，具有较强的实验动手能力和解决问题能力； 能够熟练的查阅相关专业英文文献，设计合理的合成路线并加以优化； 具有良好的责任心及团队协作精神，有强烈的事业心和进取心。职责描述：1.独立完成多步有机合成反应，熟练应用NMR 、LCMS 、HPLC 等分析纯化仪器并进行相应的图谱解析；2.快速、准确检索有机化学文献，并能独立设计化学合成路线, 解决各种实验中碰到的问题；3.用英文清晰, 准确, 详细地完成实验记录和实验报告；4.与生物部门合作，积极主动学习并全面掌握抗体药物偶联物的合成，纯化和表征工作。 职能类别： 化学分析测试员 关键字： 抗体 蛋白 化学工程 有机合成 有机化学 医药研究
