职位描述： MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation / Experience1.Bachelor degree or above in Food Science or Technology, Chemical or equivalent majors.2.Minimum 2 years work experience in Food / Nutritional / Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing industries.Special Knowledge1.Preferably with knowledge of dairy production knowledge.2.Preferably with knowledge of Data Analysis.Skill1.Computer literate, PC literacy in Excel and analytical software.2.Good verbal and written English. Good communication skills in Chinese.岗位要求教育/经历1.本科学历及以上，食品科学或技术, 化学或者相关专业毕业。2.至少2年以上食品，营养品，制药等工作经验。特殊知识1.最好具有乳制品生产的知识。2.最好具有数据分析知识。技能1.熟练运用电脑，Excel 运用能力，运用数据分析软件。2.良好的英文口语和书写能力。良好的中文沟通能力。The SHE and GMP requirement？Be responsible for the exercising of maximum care, good judgment and behavior in preventing EHS incidents.？Responsible for self-training records and only conduct assigned duties with proper documented training records.？Execute all duties faithfully and responsibly in accordance with written procedures.Pilot Plant Management？Ensure all equipment and pilot plant area is maintained clean, and meet sanitary standards.？Implement pilot plant trials efficiently and accurate as assigned.？ Good document the trial process and results as required.？The spare parts purchase.？The equipment validation and verification.？Pilot plant sample and retention sample management.Legal and TNR Compliance by？Assists in identifying requirement specification for the raw materials for infant formula taking into consideration process performance of the material.？Communicates with PTC, CRMT, Regulatory affairs, Wyeth Nutrition and Head office on problems regarding product compliance.？Assures that the new products are complaint both legally and to the TNR.？Maintenance the current formula BOM/MR/PV.To assist new product development by:？Prepare the document for trial as assigned.？Create BOM/ MR/PV for trial.？Support the trials with the factory.？Collect the trial data and ensure the data is accurate.？Prepare the manufacture dossier for industrial product.Support commercial production？Solute the production issue in time, e.g., BSM issue, Powder transfer issue etc.？Another production project needs the support from PD.？Support the process optimization related project by and leads process improvements with objective costs and better product quality and safety.？Provides technical support to factory on identifying root causes of problems on manufacturing and product quality issues and giving recommendation or solutions.KIP And Deliverable？No SHE major finding in the pilot plant and no delay or absent of any mandatory training.？Pilot Plant – ensure the weekly and monthly cleaning on time; ensure all equipment on good status.？Implementation of I&R projects related assigned tasks– Timely execution the assigned tasks.？Manufacturing dossier–ensure the document accuracy and timely update to the system.
