职位描述： Job Description1.Develop and execute short-term operational plans, systems and processes2.Responsible for managing multiple brand teams, program specifications as per the assigned clients to get high CSAT3.Manage a team of contact centre executives for a particular brand and review their responsibilities on a day to day basis4.Day to day staff planning - Manage Shrinkage, Attrition within the assigned targets.5.Analyse and summarize the call reports based on the interaction with the Call Cycles6.Exposure to Dashboard, Performance reporting, call planning, measuring of ROI etc.7.Review handling of queries and creating/making response from new and commonly asked FAQ.8.Build and execute training programs to enhance capabilities and processes within teams9.Responsible for improvement of performance of the team to make them eligible for reward and recognition10.Continuous process improvement11.Assist operation Head building strategic contact centre plan for diversified client objectives with multi-channel marketing engagement tacticsRequirements14 – 5 years of experience in call center field, in which 2-3 years of experience in team lead or project Management role2 Experience in Operation /QA lead or project management in the pharmaceutical/Healthcare or related industries.3Should have strong people management skills4 Must have strong written and oral communication / presentation skills 职能类别： 客户关系经理/主管 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： 呼叫中心 项目管理 call center 电话销售 tele sales 医药 制药 生物工程
